Tower Forty Four is a humungous tower offering spacious, luxurious and comfortable fully furnished apartments with a modern home-like feel. Its wide broad windows allow natural daylight in the morning, a magnificent sunset in the afternoon and a wonderful city view at night.
Its double intersected circular pool consists of three layers of materials degrading in colors from dark to light enlarging the view.
Roy Brown marble being the first layer ascending from the pool, Fior marble being the second to soften the transition to the third material which is the White Thassos marble and its pure crystal like color.
Upon entering the tower, Emperador Dark defined and highlighted by soft white veins on the floor, welcomes you with a warm feeling introducing you to your new home.
